Florida

Florida statute directs each county tax collector to hold an annual tax certificate sale (Fla. Stat. § 197.432); if the taxes remain unpaid, the property itself may later be sold at a public tax deed auction (Fla. Stat. § 197.502).

All 67 Florida counties are covered here. Each name below links to that county’s page — the sale doors, the statutory framework, and where an owner goes to redeem.
